Imagine there's no legal case

A federal court in Elliot Spitzer's state has denied Yoko Ono's request that "Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed" be disallowed from using a clip from her late husband John Lennon's song, "Imagine". Here's how the New York Daily News put it in a story today:
The 15-second clip of the lyric, "Nothing to kill or die for, and no religion, too," is protected by free speech because the filmmakers are making a point about evolution and intelligent design, the judge ruled.
